About Omnicatcher

We got tired of watching good marketing go to waste.

Omnicatcher is the growth platform for local and home service businesses. It captures every lead, books the job, brings in the reviews, and keeps customers coming back, all from one place.

We built it because we kept running into the same problem from the other side of the table.

Our story

The problem was never the marketing.

Before Omnicatcher, we spent years running growth for local businesses. Plumbers, HVAC companies, dental practices, salons. The work was straightforward: build the offer, run the ads, bring in the leads.

And the leads came in. That was the frustrating part. We would look at a month of great numbers on the ad side and then trace what actually happened after the click, and it was the same story every time. The call went unanswered. The text sat until Monday. Nobody followed up on the quote. The happy customer was never asked for a review, and never heard from again.

These businesses were not struggling because the marketing was weak. They were losing customers everywhere between the first click and the repeat booking, and no amount of ad spend was going to fix a leak that far down the funnel.

So we stopped thinking about leads and started thinking about the whole journey. One system that captures every enquiry, books it onto the calendar, follows up on its own, asks for the review, and brings people back, so growth is not just more leads at the top but more revenue kept at the bottom.

That is Omnicatcher. It is a small company on purpose. We would rather know our customers by name and fix things the same week they get mentioned than scale into something nobody can get a straight answer out of.

How we work

Four things we refuse to get wrong.

These are not posters on a wall. They are the arguments we have already had internally, settled, and written down so we do not have them again.

01

Booked revenue, not busywork

Dashboards are easy. Revenue is the only number that matters to a business owner, so it is the one we hold ourselves to. If a month of activity does not turn into more booked jobs, we have failed.

02

The whole funnel, not one leak

Answering the phone is not the win. Capturing the lead, booking it, following up, earning the review and bringing the customer back — the pieces only matter when they work together, so that is how we build them.

03

Fit the business you already run

We work around your phone number, your calendar, your scheduling software and your rules. You should not have to change how you operate to use us.

04

Earn the next month

No lock-in contracts, no setup fees, no fine print designed to keep you. If we stop paying for ourselves, you should be able to leave in one click. That keeps us honest.

The team

Two people you can actually reach.

Omnicatcher is small and intends to stay that way for a while. When you email us, one of these two reads it.

Anup Kumar Mandal

Growth & Marketing Strategist for local businesses

Anup has spent his career on the growth side of local service businesses, building the campaigns that bring the leads in. Omnicatcher came out of watching too many of those leads leak away after the click. He sets product direction and still sits in on setup calls with new customers.

Kirby Repolido

Marketing & Project Management Director

Kirby runs how the thing actually gets built and delivered, from the automations that follow up on every lead to the integrations that put a job into your scheduling software. He is the reason most accounts go live in 48 hours instead of 48 days.

Thirty minutes, no pressure. We will walk your business through where growth is leaking right now, and what it looks like plugged.
